Mirror from Heaven - Sun Mana ?

Hi,
I'm playing Wild Mana and I have the Mirror of Heaven.
The Pedia says it provides Sun Mana, however I have no idea how to get it.
Is this not functioning properly or what am I supposed to do to get the Sun Mana ?

There was a bug that sometimes sun mana was not placed below the mirror of heaven. You should be able to see sun mana below it in the world map. Could be that you need a tech for it (one of the four after knowledge of the ether)

I had actually never used the worldbuilder before and it took me a few tries to get it right, ( no saving needed but the problem is solved.
