I posted a few questions about how petty criminals and slaves work for seasoned scouts but the questions are not here now.

Yes, with "General Questions and Discussions" we mean things that are not related to features.
(Release Dates, discussions about technologies, "How can I increase my performance?", ...)

Infracta has entered a Partnership with us and will from now on host the dowloads of our mod. :beer:

This is great news indeed. Infracta is an excellent site. For example, they host one of the most important mods for the Total War series: 1648 - Der dreissigjährige Krieg, and Monguntiacum is one of its central modders. He won the 'researcher (M2TW)' award in 2011 from the Total War Center site for his work on this project. So having him write a very good review of 'Religion and Revolution' is a real honour.

"Sorry if this is the wrong place, just made an account for this and I'm not sure which thread I should post this in.

When I download the mod from the provided link it takes long enough to download that it should be a real file, but when it finishes and I open it with WinRar it is empty and says the archive is corrupted. I downloaded 7-zip to see if that would work instead but it didn't. Anything I'm doing wrong/any advice?"

Oh! Sorry if no one replied. :blush: Frankly I don't know what to say... Could you try to download it with another Internet browser :dunno: Or, could you try choosing "open with 7-zip" instead of "save file" :dunno:
I'm really not a specialist, so my answer might not be very helpful

I see the brewhahaha going on with copyrights, modder rights and such. I would just like to download the Mod and play it. I don't really care from which site. Is there someplace where I can do that....right here right now? Merry Christmas!

At the moment there is no download, Sorry.

However, since the discussion you are mentioning goes a more reasonable way now,
we will most likely not have any problems with publishing our Release 1.3, which is almost finished, soon.

Only 1 screen and some tiny graphic improvement on our todo list for that release left.
Of course, we will also have to do some testing before publishing.

Is there a way to get your first 'Expert' Missionary other than waiting for one to appear on the dock or picking the Founding Fathers who give one? Thanks. :)

I think you could also buy one by clicking Purchase from the Europe screen. It is expensive though! :p

You cannot "buy" missionaries. :)
 
I have ead about the modiquette conflict ray is complaining about and rewspect your dessisions.
But I´m a little bit sad that I din´t got the possibility to download 1.2.

Are there any possibility for me as a nonteammember get that version?
