[Religion and Revolution]: Founding Fathers

Hi Folks,
I have uploaded the following Founding Father:
- Francisco de Orellana
- Charles Gravier, comte de Vergennes
- Samuel Blommaert
- Tomé de Sousa
- John August Sutter
- Thomas Jefferson
- Miguel Hidalgo
Now most of the FF are ready to be implemented.
But there exist finally no appropriate pictures for these remaining FF:
- Nicolas Durand de Villegaignon
- Jean Talon
- Pedro Menéndez de Avilés
We should use appropriate pictures from other persons which look similar.
Please help me to find appropriate pictures for the remaining ones.
Please note:
- the bigger the better (not smaller then 500x500 pixel). But be aware the main points are the proportions. A huge image with a really small head has no use for this.
- coloured
- frontal or sidewise illustration
- only little pixel mistakes / good quality
Furthermore...whats about this possible FF:
- Jean de Brebeuf
- Walter Raleigh
- Michiel de Ruyter
- Benjamin Rush
Shall they be implemented? I think it would be nice also to add 1 or 2 further FF for Sweden/Denmark. What do you think?

Is it ok if the image is of an actor representing the historical person? (as in, is it possible for a photo of an actor representing the historical person be effected to look portrait-like?)
At the moment, a movie is being made about France Antarctique in a Franco-Brazilian partnership, and Nicolas de Villegagnon is represented by a Swedish actor:
I think implementing Jean de Brebeuf would be very nice, since he was in the original Colonization (in my opinion he should give a bonus to missionary activities, like some founding fathers do at present). I also like your ideas for Swedish and Danish FFs, but unfortunately in my personal historical database I don't have anything written down for Swedish and Danish people who had a role in the colonization of the Americas per se, but I do have information about ministers for Denmark and Sweden who made important reforms in their countries during the enlightenment period. Would that work? (since we have Jacob Fugger and other such FFs who had a greater role in the mainland rather than the colonies, I assume this isn't out of the question)

Yes definitely.
After I have finished the New Natives I am sure I will find appropriate Bonusses for them.
If good candidates (incl. good Bonusses) are found, why not.

Please don't have me spend my time with documentation at the moment.
It is much better I spend it on implementation.
You will see the complete list of FFs with the next release.
(They will all be implemented for Release 1.3)

It is a bit more, since there have been some new FFs that came with TAC.
But with Release 1.3 we will have 85 !!! FFs.
(That should be enough.
)After I have implemented the complete current list, I might try to give an Overview.
Edit:
If somebody finds one or two candidates for FFs with Danish or Swedish Background,
we might try to add them to the list.
But as I said, currently I will focus on implementing the ones that we have planned and have graphics.

Description: Danish minister during 1771-1772, pursued enlightened reforms.
Name: Andréas P. Bernstorff
Description: Danish minister, abolished serfdom in the country during 1786-1787.

I'm not sure about how good those two candidates are though, since they don't relate directly to the New World.
I believe we also need more German founding fathers; although the German countries had very few colonies in the Americas, Germans themselves had a significant impact. The Welser family (which secured rights to administrate Venezuela from Charles V) spring to mind, as do others such as Georgius Agricola, who contributed greatly to scientific and practical knowledge, improving production methods in both Old and New Worlds.
If I remember right, we only have 2 German founding fathers (Fugger and Humboldt), so I feel having more German founding fathers would be a good idea.

Let us please not add more FFs just to have more.
Especially not if they are not related to the New World.
Baron von Steuben is also German.
(And I believe that there are even more.)

Let us not try to enlarge the list by force.
The main reason we added the many new FFs was for balancing.
(New Productionlines, New Units, New Features, Mapsize Gigantic with many Europeans, ...)
We do not need more FFs than we currently planned.
(85 FFs really is a lot.)
However, if we really find a good candidate and have a good idea for his bonus, then we can think about adding.

Simply trust me on this.
I have spent an enormous amount of thoughts on this topic to create a well distributed and balanced list that will improve gameplay and still be generally historically correct.
Ok, enough talk for now, will go back to modding.

They are functional, but texts for Pedia and Strategy still missing.
(Will create them in the next days.)
