NO CD patch for TOT 64 bits

I know Catfish has been posting (and reposting, as many didn't take the time to look for previous answers...) a lot of things on compatibility issues and how to fix them, but even after some research, I haven't been able to find a solution to my problem!

So here it is: is there a No CD patch for ToT which works on 64 bits?

With the ones I found, the system tells me that my tot11crk.exe file isn't compatible with my 64 bits system...

I don't seem to have any issues using the ToT NOCD patch with Windows 7 64. I used the file here.
If that fails I can certainly send you the executable I'm using.

Sorry but I still have the same problem: the patched civ2.exe works fine with 64 bits but still requires a cd-rom!
