Uninstalling from Windows 10

I've recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 and I no longer play Civ IV, just Civ V.

I have Civ IV Complete, and Windows 10 refuses to unistall the game. I click "uninstall" and nothing happens. There are entries for Beyond the Sword and Complete. Both seem the same size and neither of the buttons work.

Can anyone help?

I guess deleting the folder still leaves the entry in Win10?

CCleaner solved the problem for me, in case anyone has the same problem.
