Hmm, its possible they classed an civilians. Would make them even more vunerable than normal.
Good catch!Image of a partially built Colossus in this screenshot, lower left corner.
This under-construction view appears to be an improvement on the old version where the wonder suddenly appears fully completed in your city in one turn.

lol, no its obvious it is a wonder "in construction".I noticed that before and was also hoping visible wonders in progress to be the case. But it's also very possible it could just be half-finished artwork.

If it were simply an "unfinished" model, then that would not explain the obvious "construction" effect given to the wonder, the scaffolding and half built structure.
If it were simply "not finished art work" then it would be more like a very bad image of a full built collusus and not a perfectly rendered half built collusus.
Thanks! I missed that.Oslo is also a city state. Maritime as can be seen in the final stategic view screenshot that 2K_Greg put up.
I don't know that Rhye counts as "many people," but I'll clarify the language. Many people are assuming that units you have listed as AWOL are confirmed as not in Civ5, whereas in reality they are merely units that we have not yet seen in any screenshots or developer comments.
It's been shown on the main site (and in the youtube footage with Rome). Civs either have 1 UU and 1 UB, or 2 UUs.Is it confirmed that civilizations with two special units lack a special building?
