i clearly have coal in my possesion. i am not trading it with any civ or to any civ, its in my territory. i have the required techs and workers, and yet the option to build railroads is non existent, any help

well dude, considering we arent suppose to post spoilers in the GOTM forum, i really think this is the place for it. telling that u have coal would be a spoiler, and i get deleted at enough over there, but thanks for the quick response
