Simple question from computer newbie

My family would like to set up a private internet game for the four of us to play for a few hours each week. We're kind of spread out geographically, but we love the Civ games. What is the best way to do this?

I thought maybe the PitBoss application/patch, but was flummoxed by the SMTP request.

I would love any suggestions anyone may have. I'm the only one with CivIV at this point (and I can't play any higher than Noble, so I'm a novice by all means), but once I figure it out, they will all DL it so that we can play.

I apologize if this is a naive question, but we're all new to gaming and internet. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forum. Please post your thread in the right part of the forum. This is CivRev, which is a console game and not a PC/computer game. If you play Civ4 then post your thread in that forum and you´ll get better responses.
