Anyone know which mod (or mods) are conflicting with the Battle Royale 62 Civs DLL?

So I'm trying to get my Italy AI game working for r/civAIgames and I need the Battle Royale 62 Civs DLL because (including me) there are 25 civs, and the max number of civs vanilla civ allows you too have per game is 22. Unfortunately this mod freezes/stops my game from working upon game launch, and when I turned the mod off the game was able to load. So which mod is it conflicting with? I'll provide the full list of mods I am using below.
