I'm starting to gather up the accumulated knowledge of Civ II from important threads and articles in order to place them in an organized and cross-refferenced PDF file. I would like to include a copy of the Paulicy, but I don't know where to find it. (This sort of thing is one of the reasons I want to make a Compendium.) I would be very grateful to anyone who can provide me with a copy.
The other thread associated with this project is here. That thread will be for more general discussions/questions on the subject. Here, I am asking for suggestions for articles to include.
If you want to make a suggestion, post the link or upload the file (I'm especially interested in files that were circulated instead of posted on a forum, since they are harder to find).
A link or file is great, but if you want to help more, here are some things you can do to make my job easier. This will also increase the priority of your suggested article, and I'll even let you make a remark at the beginning of that chapter.
