2) If Austria diplo-marries a mercantile state, is it supposed to get the porcelain or jewelry?

1) Yes.

2) I believe it used to since conquering the city state would give it to you but that's been patched out.

3) Probably not.

I believe it is fahrt fort, as in fortfahren. So yes, you are hearing it correctly My German is horrible when it comes to listening though.

Coffee House can be built anywhere; which makes it pretty OP (although it comes too late - it's one of the latest UBs).

I have no idea why you think she says "fat fart". It sounds nothing like that.
