Riptide's Battletech Units and the Balancer Reloaded Mod

As you may be aware, with the destruction of EvoGames came the shutdown of one of the greatest mods other than my own: The Balancer Reloaded. This mod featured Riptide's Battletech Units he had completed for the unfinished Battletech mod project.

Since I am in possession of this mod, I am considering uploading the mechs to civfanatics, but I am wondering if this would be alright with the said parties, such as Kinpin, Thunderfall etc.

If the whole was released in to the public domain, the parts are too.
If Ripptide were still here, or the mod itself were still here then it would make sense to ask the the people involved (out of respect, not need).
But since Ripptide is off making stuff for Simcity, and the MOD is not available in any form, I don't see the harm. not that my opinion matters on this.

Well i'm gonna go upload them, come hell or high water.
