64. Instead of granting +7 food Yggdrasil grants +3 food, +2 with Way of the Forests and +2 with Commune with Nature.
65. Instead of granting +7 trade Dragon Bones grants +3 trade, +2 with Trade and +2 with Construction.
66. Instead of granting +7 hammers Remnants of Patria grants +3 hammers, +2 with Education and +2 with Fuedalism.
Excellent.

edit: nevermind, I see it defaults to off.

Agriculture was added as an education prereq way back when cottages were the being touted as all powerful, and agriculture was next to worthless as a civic, iirc. Agriculture is great in it's own right, so I wonder if there is any point to retaining it as an additional prereq for education.

Not anymore, I cant remember how it was chanegd but it doesnt give the big +7 anymore (nothing does).
 
And some more Unique Features ideas:
Volcanic Crater (bhall fell through here):
-spawns orcs with fire affinity II
-Damages all non orcs nearby
-grants one fire mana

The Seeker (giant stone statue)
-units on tile get +50% defense, +2 shields +3 gold
-two free specialists in the nearby city.

Olympus (Mountain reaching infinetly high, perhaps to heaven)
-Impassable
-all nearby diciples get +100% spell effectiveness, +50% combat strength

Darkened Citadel
-Gaurded by HN barb demons--5 balors and three archmages with fire and entropy spells
-+75% defense
-one free tech to first civ to capture it, +1 shadow mana

Timeless Academy
-Can be "explored" by human mages or ai workers to give +gold, +1 sage in nearest city
-site of the looking glass equipment (+espionage, +science, doubled effects with mind mana)

Abbatoir (site where thousands of elves from both sides perished in a battle during the elven civil war)
-giant forest, gaurded by blood ents
-high yeild, one body mana and something else cool?

Red's Palace (pirate king's island palace)
-Gaurded by HN barb boarding parties and pirates
-if conquered gives the nearest city +3 trade routes, +25% yeild, +crime
-also becomes a pirate cove
 
Enough new stuff since last week for a patch, or stick with current version?

I'll get a new version out tonight. Lots of tweaks and I want to make sure everything is playable.

Definitly Guilds. I know some are hard to get, but try to do as much with them as you can in each game.

Always play with the Kurio or Sheaim in each game (Kurio may be good to test out sprawling as well), try to build the guild of hammers wonder, try to rush an assassin up to get aerons bounty, try to rush currency to get the merc to found the guild of nine, etc.
 
The Guild of Nine works fine IMO, but the mercs are expensive, especially since I never have cash on hand to buy them. More Events where cheap good mercs are offered would be good as long as you have that Wonder. And, by the time I can afford them, aren't that tough.

I attached a "g" patch to the first post.

It contains a few fixes, but the big change that I'd like you to test is a new game option. I was thinking about one of woodelf's suggestions and I added a game option called "AI No Building Requirements". Basically the AI doesn't need buildings for units.

If you guys have time try out a game with that option and see how the AI handles it.
 
Sure, but I have noticed some major ai improvement already, new features aside. Take a look at this map:

I'm Elohim, Bannor is ai. They've wiped out the clan and hyborem and vasselized two others while I've been building wonders. I'm seeing many paladins and champions. (This is on monarch, I belive). So many of my AI concerns are allayed already... either that or I am out of practice.

Although, I think the ai may be buildng too many units, not for it's own good, but for my performance.
 
Uh the download for patch g doesn't seem to be working for me.
It says I get a NSIS error and the file is corrupted or soemthing.
