So every time I play the cheat mnu gets automatically activated. IIRC I'm supposed to remove a fil and the problem is solved. I thought it was civ2.dat but that didn't solve the problem.

I recall for some reason the cheat menu being 'on' being a general default on my version of ToT for a while. I didn't ever know why. I also can't remember for the life of me when it stopped being the default or what may have changed. I'm sorry I can't offer more than affirmation that at least one other person has seen this phenomenon.

Well does it matters? We all know that a SL member is an honourable gentleman who will resort to the cheat menu only when dealing with scenario creation !

No, it's not a huge problem. What I did was removing the civ2.dat in both the MGE folder and ToT folder. I had to redo my settings in the options menu but it worked like a charm. Thanks anyways gents!
