Cannot build SS Engine after cancelling

Not sure if this happens every time, or if it has already been reported, but at least it happened to me now:

1. Start building SS Engine (any 0/1 team project?) in a city
2. Change the production of the city to something else
3. The game still thinks someone is building SS Engine and you cannot ever build it again, not even in the same city that started it
4. You cannot complete your SS ever

That's just because it's still in your build queue, surely?

I think this is a problem with the game storing production of the SS components. Even though it's been removed from the build queue, some production has gone into it so the game thinks it is still being built in that city. However that would suggest you would still be able to build it in that city, so the problem may be more complicated. I've seen one or two other threads on this subject, and there doesn't seem to be a fix for it. Until a patch comes out it definitely seems you should never switch production of an SS component.

I can confirm this bug with the linked SaveFile. In my situation, I cannot build my 3rd SS Thrusters in any of my cities, ruining the game for me. At some point in the past, I had changed production of SS Thrusters. I suppose that must be what caused the bug.
