I was running TweakMod before and used a clean installation of basic FFH2 0.41d before testing the map. Played the Ljosalfar for a while. I'm still getting a bug where Increasing Difficulty is on by default; I get around it by unclicking the option directly below it.

Check that - the former was a problem with TweakMod. This is a new problem - Flexible Difficulty, left checked, causes the difficulty level to keep ticking upwards. I started on Noble and ended up on Monarch.

msn, great that you go on with the map!

i will download the new version today and start a game tonight ;-)
i am still playing one with 1.0 as the hippus, pretty funny if you have to decide which of the two dwarfen empire you want to kick ;-)))
