Narration Sound Off

Hello,

I play using Communitas AI and Tools and Communitas Interface and it seems to me that there is a bug where the narrator doesn't talk after starting a new game.
I repeated the proccess 10 times with both Alexander and Gengis Khan, exiting the game every time. I also tried in a sandbox, rebooting twice, with Dido to the same results.

EDIT: To clarify, if I uncheck those two, Mr. Sheppard's voice reappears.
