We see the Russians are sending settlers north of the tundra, after denying any interest in doing so.
We will stay north of the snow plains away from Russian lands.
We suggest they go back down south where they belong or else we may be forced to react.

The town Russia built North of the frozen wastes. Our charioteer was shadowing the rag-tag band of Russian peasants being prodded along the road by spearmen. When they started digging foundations the leader of the English charioteers asked what they were doing settling North of the frozen lands only to be told to get out of Russian territory. 
The senate will meet to discuss this aggressive settlement policy of the Russians.

Rome hopes hostilities can be avoided between the Russian and English Tribes. Surely a compromise can be reached?
Of course Rome has been battleing Barb hordes since Day One!! Advanced Elements of the 1st Roman Mobile Defense Force are on the outskirts of a large Barb Camp. 2 more Barb Horsemen have been dispatched. But the main battle will occur in a couple of turns...Barb blood will be shed as Roman forces acquire combat experience.
We would prefer building wonders, drinking wine, and fighting our women instead of others!

We are not North of the sacred waste land you want claim. And please thank said leader of the English charioteers for quickly honoring our request. BTW, might the mighty English have any luxuries to trade?
Meanwhile, in the South 40, we seem to have a Korean wanderer inside the town limits of a freshly established Russian resort. Hmmm. Tourist rates will need to be increased....
