"Cannot locate settings folder" Help

I just downloaded the BUG mod, and whenever I start the game I get a message reading: "BugOptions - Cannot locate settings folder"



This prevents me from seeing any events (I haven't played enough to see if it effects anything else, but it probably does)
If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have the most recent Civ patch for BTS and am running no other mods.
