Two strange options........

Hi all

Sweden has just declared war on me. But it still gives me the two options of "You'll pay for this in time" and "Very well." I mean, he is declaring war on me! I understand if he was, say, just giving me an insult, but if he's declaring war on me, I mean, our relationship can't get any worse, surely?

I've seen a similar post but that was the case of someone being insulted, not war....

So, which should I choose...seems a very odd choice, or is it just me?

They do the exact same. It doesn't matter what you choose.

Both do nothing. I usually just push very well.

In fact, the only time those options do something different is when an AI calls you up to brag about having bullied your city state.
That later happens so often that I just click "You will pay" every time any popup shows up.
