land war

any strategies to win a land war ?- i never seem to have enough soldiers to fight the european countries -any suggestion will be helpful- thanks

I guess by "European Countries" you mean your King ?

You can't (and aren't supposed to) match the REF soldier by soldier. Look at the units stats - strength and weaknesses - face them where you have advantage (Generally Kings Troops are at they best when attack9ng cities, so you rather want to fight them in the wild).

Also when you declare indipendance you can choose "All are free" to get some extra colonists. If you stockpiled muskets (which you should) you can make them a instant army. Draft your regular colonists from your towns as well - once in the war of indipandance the economy does not matter anymore.

Sometimes the economy matters, If you kill your king's first waves he goes back to Europe with his ships so you can bring some extra troops from Europe. But if you don't need it then the economy doesn't matter at all.
