How do I permanently disable Gods and Kings?

I want to boot into vanilla Civilization V so that I can hear the vanilla menu theme and all the other vanilla assets. However, when I uncheck Gods and Kings Expansion Pack and restart my game, it loads into Gods and Kings. Is there any way to stop this?

You can put whatever song you want...

The vanilla theme is under
Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\Sounds\Streamed\Music

The G&K expansion is under
\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC\Expansion\Sounds\Streamed\Music

and the BNW expansion is under
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC\Expansion2\Sounds\Streamed\Music

You can copy and rename the wav files and you will hear that song at the start. You can also take any song you want and convert it to a wav file and name it as the wav file and you'll have that song playing at start.

How about we go back to disabling Gods and Kings at startup?
