on minus (-3) is kris.. i've played good game as indo and with all my iron (6) was used on them.. only one got somthing useful.. other got upgrade with they die on enemy territory..

Hakkawhatevers: Lancers are a garbage base unit, and the extra micro needed with GG's to try and make Hakka's useful is more of a penalty at this point. I'd rather just take the Winged Hussar or Sipahi, which isn't saying much since I hate lancers.

Musketeers: These guys are seriously badass. INSANE combat strength for when you get them. More often than not it will be your 28 musketeers up against 16 strength pikemen.

Hoplite -2 Almost always end up not getting any use out of them until it's too late and I already have Pikes.

Landschnekt +2 (Wanting to resurrect them). I do almost all my killing with ranged units, but I need melee to block for them. So what if the Schnekts can't actually do anything special? Their job is to die so my catapults can live. I never need to promote them because they don't live long enough for that.

However it sucks when you buddy up to a military city state and they give you schnekts. Gee thanks Valletta! An army that's identical to a pike but has another name! You shouldn't have. No.... really...
 
You cannont resurrect units. Also, the voting system is +1, -3, not +2, -2.

The Musketeer is a strength upgrade on an inconsequential unit.


The Chuko and Longbow are getting so much love, I have to upgrade the keshik again. the best warmongering unit in the game IMO.

Kris Swordsman +1 Extremely fun unit. Effectively gives you a variety of armies off of one army. Of course, some are sent to my suicide brigade.

Cossacks: they were erased once more, I'm adding them and upvoting. I love them! As Russia, I tend to get my Kreposts on my best cities, so I'll train some upgraded Cossacks. The best part about them is that they can still get Charge I and II on top of their already great +33% vs. wounded units, which means a whole +100% vs. wounded units. Killer!

Maori Warrior: hard to spam in the early game, pretty bad bonus, even when allied with Poly's 10% near Moais, I'd rather be building Comp. Bow and stuff... very marginal

Legion: Helpful when playing wide and short on units, getting those roads down early helps later units get to the front on time.

Kris Swordsman: Just a horrible idea for a unit - roll the dice and see what comes out, for no discernible reason whatsoever.
