I kinda feel bad for downvoting both of Germany's themes simultaneously, but I do feel like Germany's war theme could have more strength behind it.
Assyria's is a good one. Manages to be menacing, sad, impressive, all at the same time.

Byzantium already has a war theme : it's called their peace theme. Not this thing. I mean it's not awful, but it's a huge letdown compared to the peace theme, and just doesn't compare to most of the other war themes here. It's too disjointed and takes about a minute and a half to find itself.
America's theme I quite enjoy. It's a nice twist on America the Beautiful.
