InGame Editor (IGE)

My problem isn't listed in Steam, so I am hoping to get some help here.
I installed it correctly (double checked), loaded a game which I have started with the Civ Advanced.1 (v.6) mod. I didn't remove or unable that mod. I never clicked the Back button, I did everything correctly. But I can't see the IGE label when I have loaded the saved game. Does that mean the mod I use isn't compatible with the InGame Editor?

You'll probably get more replies by asking in the Creation and Customization forum (you may want to ask a mod to move the thread), but are you sure that it's not loading? As in, the little "IGE" isn't appearing on the top toolbar?
