Anyone know if Civ5 has been pirated yet?

Go on then. I vet copy for a living.

Aight, some of these are a bit spurious and were purely me bulking up the number to try and spur a bit of competition.

1. It refers to a single official release when in fact it was staggered.
2. The pirated version wasn't out before the first release date, which is the only one likely to be referred to singularly.
3. I infer that by copyright system he is in fact referring to DRM, not the various legal concepts of copyright. If my inference is wrong then I'm not sure how legal concepts of copyright should be directly preventing piracy, so the statement is irrelevent.
4. However you read it, some DRM and some copyright concepts have been successful enough to perpetuate, which is a reasonable metric of "work".

Mostly though, I was having a go at you for making page 10 headed a lazy one liner thats been discussed already. It suggests that you didn't read the thread, Mr. CopyVetter.
