How to change language into English?

Hi,
This is my first post in this forum so I`d like to greet everybody here.
And now the question:
I have a Italian version of the game so doesanybody know how to change language from Italian into ENGLISH?

in the ini file you will find these lines.. just change it to 0 :

; English(0),French(1),German(2),Italian(3),Spanish(4) - Defaults to user-installed language
Language = 0

in the options you should also be able to change into english.

If you want to change the spoken language into english however (i.e. get the commentaries from Leonard Nimoy) you probably have to reinstall the game in english (i.e. choose english when the installation program asks you which language it should install).

I had this problem with the german version of civ IV. Had it installed in german and later wanted top switch to english to hear the commentaries of Mr. Spock but upon changing the language within the Options the spoken commentaries remained in german and only the written language switched to german.
As I made a fresh installation in english however I got the commentaries from the english version (i.e. Spock)
