1.0.1.383 Two more Hot Seat things

Ok...playing as Player 2, I found that my Deal History Screen showed that all of my active and closed deals were with...myself. I had to click on each one to determine who the deal was really with as the details of the deal appear on the right side of the screen.

Also, seeing a recurring (and somewhat random issue) where the garrisoned unit's icon is off center from the silver circle that surrounds it. It doesn't affect game play in any way, it's just weird looking.

I can confirm both things.

Also when playing a game with 2 human players, the first player doesn't get notifications about new barbarian camps after adopting Honor (but they still appear on the map).
