What happened to the Inquisitor??

As you can see from the screenshot, I have no option to purchase an inquisitor. It is not grayed out, it is simply not there. I founded my own religion (obviously) and had bought as many missionaries as I needed, and now wish to purchase an inquisitor to sit in my holy city.

Did some mechanic change with the recent [beta] patch? Is something else going on here that I am not aware of?

Did you enhance your religion by any chance? Inquisitors require your religion to be enhanced before you can purchase them.

Is this new? I don't recall ever having to enhance my religion in order to purchase an inquisitor before.

No, this isn't new. Inquisitors have always required enhanced religions.
