Hey all,

For my first scenario with the Civ4 worldbuilder, I made a few modifications to Genghis_Kai's excellent 1000 BC scenario to create a scenario based on the Island in the Sea of Time books by S.M. Stirling.

Basically, the premise is that the island of Nantucket, Massachusetts is hurled back in time to the late Bronze Age. The scenario is loosely based on the events of the first book.

There are no strategic resources like iron or bronze in the Americas, so you may want to first send units to Europe and Asia and interact with the inhabitants (or take their land). Unfortunately, the rebellious Lt. Walker has already given the barbarians in Britain gunpowder weapons, so be careful.

You get one city, Nantucket, and two gunpowder units. Use them wisely, because you cannot build any more. Most importantly, have fun. :)

(hope the zip works ;) )

Sure thing. ;)

1) Here's the Island of Nantucket militia making first contact with the Olmecs, like in the book.

2) Retaking the Great Wisdom from the Sun People of Britain.

 If you wanted that, you could see it in Genghis_Kai's scenario thread. I'll repost those pictures in just a second.

EDIT: Unfortunately, the map of North America is slightly different than the actual picture. The barbarian city of Maya was removed so the Olmec Jaguars wouldn't move from their city.
