This topic is WERY old, but I won't make new one and still dumb at those forums(registered to ask about my problem)... I like strategy games as my father, but my father don't speak english, but at rus he are good, so I was looking for RUS language patch for Civ4 and found only this thread, that link was deleted aleready but still downloaded same rus lang pach form here, installed it, but that wont work!

Ahem, there're licensed localizations. Buy Civ4 BTS by 1C and it will be russian. It's called "Цивилизация IV: Эпоха Огня". This mod is no longer required, thus it's dead. Why did you necro it when there're official translations? 
BTW I have one more problem with letters...:
