Icon not showing correctly

I'm using SushiSquid's Indonesia Improved (modified slightly to accomodate my trait change for Indonesia and fix a code error he made) and for some reason when my cities want Turmeric instead of the icon popping up, the iron icon pops up. Why doesn't the right icon show?

I've compared the files to other art files, so I'm not sure what the difference is.
