Steam not Connecting when Uploading to the Workshop

Hi,

Steam isn't connecting when I upload to the Steam Workshop from the 'tools' drop down menu in ModBuddy. I am not sure why, as Steam is open.

Any help? Sorry if this is a bit of a silly question, as I am not very familiar with Windows or ModBuddy.
