How to install 1.41/1.42 patch if I am using the mod from Desura?

Hi, is there anyway to install the patch if I use the Desura version?

Filefront blocks many countries so I cannot download the normal 1.4 version there. Also, how to fix the pink portrait bug with Desura version?

edited: never mind, I found Desura created a Beyond the sword folder inside the original Beyond the sword folder, so it becomes like Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword/Beyond the Sword/mod

Still seem to be unable to download the soundtrack though.

If you want to play the final fixed version, you should stop using Desura for RIFE - otherwise Desura will overwrite 1.41 with 1.4.

Just download the files from the final fixes thread, install as they say to, and make a link to the RIFE Launcher on your desktop, and use that instead of Desura to launch it.
