Can Earth map be modified by temperature, rainfall, sea level?

What it says in the subject line. Is the Earth map fixed and unchanging, or is it possible to create a "global warming Earth" with high temps, low rainfall and high sea level?

Impossible, Earth map is fixed as it is a standard fixed map file.

If I recall the map selection is buggy because the options (Sea Level, Temperature etc.) seems to stick despite being non-existent, not sure if they fixed it yet or not.
