Error #9 Subscript out of range

Using civ sprite to make my own units, Idk what subscript out of range error 9 is.
Please help

Edit: seems the problem is fixed when I delete the sprite then take an original and load the old sprites in. For some odd reason civ sprite can do it the first time but not again unless you repeat the process aforementioned
