mod--mod--mod maybe scenario with sth

I have a great proposition scenario from 4000bc to 1492 ad with rise of civs in some year like in mod Rhye's and fall Civilization on map europe north africa and maybe asia must be east asia (babylon sumer ...)This is hard work I now but I dont understand python or SDK ... sorry for my english
