I find it is very strange they didn't go with a 'rise of Rome' scenario too.For what it's worth, Carthage is not in the Fall of Rome scenario.

Dream on. Polish eagle is different. I wish the devs went for the gold-black Habsburg colours, but I'm ok with the scheme they chose. After all, red and white were the national colours of Austria since late Middle Ages.Hmmm Please looking for a Symbol (Badge) representing Austria on the Gods & Kings!

It's too difficult to tell from that picture.
As said it could be an Austrian eagle in Austria's colours.
(And to be honest, an eagle is an eagle, there are tons of countries with an eagle as their symbol)
