How would you set the game to give yourself the hardest game possible ?

Your Civ ?Map Size ? Opponents loaded ? Map Type ? Any additional options ticked ? Game Speed ?
 
Advanced start and waste the startup points on only useless stuff.
 
large map, quick speed, pangea, no barbs, you playing germany, your opponents are shaka, attila, alex, napoleon, monty, ghengis, sejong, cathy and hiawatha

I feel like playing as germany gives you an advantage in this situation as you will definitely need to battle and the extra gold from 1/2 military cost is useful. If you really wanted difficulty I'd switch to polynesia.
 
start with no settlers, only two warriors and have to conquer the first opponent city in order to get started.
 
Friendly reminder that the AI sucks at teams.

What you want to do is have a huge map where half of the AI's are Hiawatha and the other half are Alex.
