Mod - Keep Notification Text Active

I'm wondering if there's a mod that keeps the notification text active instead of the default fade away. On a huge map with 40 city states and 22 Civs there are so many notifications and it'd be a lot easier if the text stayed active instead of fading away after a few seconds.
