Oddly enough, the first civ I used after playing as Zimbabwe was Brunei, so I also experienced that particular bug as Brunei. What are the odds?

Okay, well that bug, appears to be fixed.
But there is yet another, if the dogo canario resource spawns under a city, it is impossible for it to enter your trade network for some bizarre reason. Can anyone tell me if something is missing from this xml?
