Could we have a notation as to whether the leaderhead is animated?

Just noticed something - the Southern European city state replacements have the original in bold and the replacement in italics next to it, the opposite of everything else. Might be a tad confusing for people looking at it
 
This probably isn't the right place to ask this, but do your guys know if anyone is working on a Malta civ?
I seem to remember reading it somewhere, but can't find it now.
Specifically I'm interested in what icon such a civ might be using (the Maltese cross I suspect).
