[BTS] FF Mod Alterations?

I have a whole list of questions for altering this mod:

Can you make Jump Lanes unpillageable, to represent fixed travel paths, I would make them unbuildable and have them exist from the beginning?

Can you make it so that resources are connected simply by building a collection facility on them within your territory? IE no connecting them by Warp lane?

Would it be possible force ships to stay on a Jump Lane once they enter it until you get to the end? IE Can you have systems connected by Jump Lanes that can only be entered and exited at the systems? This is to simulate a jump between systems along predetermined routes.

Can you condition the ability to purchase units (ala Broken Star) on the discovery of a Tech and/or building an improvement?

Could you have a GP turn into a ship to move them between systems (if you had GP in FF)?

Could you have a one per system improvement produce more if there were more planets in system and under control?
