YnAEMP 43 Civs Not Working

I have installed quite a few mods for what I believe would be a good Age of Discovery experience. However, YnAEMP 43 Civs will not work; I'm assuming that one of the other mods I have installed uses DLL, but I am not sure which mod it is. So, here is a complete list of mods I have installed currently:

Smart AI i thinks uses dll, but i'm not 100%.

Yes, Smart AI is a DLL mod.

For similar effect you could use whoward69's "AI - Smart" mod (based on Smart AI) in conjunction with his DLL (34 Civs version).

Oh, and so is Civ IV Diplomatic Features.
