CIV5 BNW Direct 9 doesnt work.

Hi guys i usually to play at civ5 bnw clicking at the begin
at "direct x9 " i dont like the big screen of the "diect x10 "

but since a few months even the choose Always start at direct x10
and i dont like

can someone help me inthis?? is there a setup to do??
