I am picturing a worker that can tap resources in coastal tiles (i.e. oil) by building a colony (rig) there- is this possible ? If so, does anybody have an idea of how to make this work (i.e. make the resource reach a port city (pipeline?) without too much mess on the map ? Perhaps PTW may offer some new possibilities in that direction ?
