New Scenarios Wont Show

Hello,

Recently I installed Civilization III Complete into an older pc of mine, but for some reason the mods/scenarios that I make myself or download from this site wont work, as in they do not show up in Civ Content or Conquests, even though I have saved them there.

Is there a way to repair this issue?

The only thing I can think of is to verify the two actions were taken using the same authority. I mean that the game was installed with admin and the mods were copied in using admin. Windows restricts access to the program files.

Then when you run civ, it would need the admin authority to access program files.
