I realize that mods take a while to download, but I left my computer on for hours and none of the mods I got from the Steam Workshop downloaded.
I hear deleting the Civ5ModsDatabase.db from Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache will fix the problem instantly, but that sounds quite risky.
What do I do?
