immortal deity civ/strategy tier list
hello guys.
So g*k has been out for a while now with noticeable gameplay change. Has anyone successfully won on immortal/deity and what strat did you use? Given that they fixed strat like RA/GS tech rush and improved AI combat, getting advantage over AI's in deity has been very hard. so tips/strategy? And maybe a tier list, which is really just viable-on-deity-tier and rome-tier |

OCC Deity Pangea Standard Sciency Victory:
1- Korea 2- Babylon 3- Mayan 4- Siam (Wat gives 50% science instead of 33%) Just research first all techs that provide science buildings, build PT and open Rationalism to scientific revolution. Keep a GE to rush Hubble. Be friend with AIs and sign RAs. |

Porcelain Tower.
Huns are definitely the #1 civ for beating Deity. Strategy: build battering rams. Easiest wins I've ever experienced in Civ5. All of the science civs, China, Rome, Austria are all probably quite viable on Deity as well. |

And they start with animal husbandry so they can see horses on the map, and they start wot their other UU - a horse archer that doesn't require horses to build.

i still don't see how easy mode taking city in the early game = strong.
you can take out one maybe 2 civs and you have a bunch of cities with no economies or happiness to back them up. Also horses aren't that expensive. you are not getting "gillion dollars" and you can get what, 1 unit every 20 turns? |

You can take them out super early tho, which helps your chances tremendously. And you really only need a handful of units to do it, those horse archers are beasts that early, leaving no opposition for your rams.
