just curious, is Vietnam an actual cikvilization? if it is, why it's not included in civ?

I wouldn't say it was a capital-C Civilization, but hell, they let Brazil in.

because they cant add all 200+ countries in the world !
theres just so many slots, they try to add the most impactful civilizations/popular
